Need to Return a product?

To return a product at New Generation Worship Center, you'll need to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This can be done by contacting our service department at service@myngwc.org, or by telephone. NO returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA.

We'll need the following information to authorize your return:
- Customer name
- Invoice number
- Item type And Name
- Nature of the problem

In general, New Generation Worship Center accepts returns on merchandise within 30 days.  credit will be issued toward one of the following:

 

  • A FULL CASH REFUND
  • ORIGINAL SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NOT REFUNDED ON RETURNED ITEMS. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges back to New Generation Worship Center on returned items, and New Generation Worship center will pay the shipping charges on the replacement or exchange item(s) going back.

Returns within 30 days from invoice date can be for exchange, replacement refund or credit at New Generation Worship center discretion. Please be aware that specific manufacturers have more restrictive return policies.
